Bin Butler is owned and run here in Charlotte. No franchise, no national dispatch center, no rotating cast of contractors on your street.
Why we started
We already ran service crews across the Charlotte area. Over and over we heard the same thing from customers — some version of “I’d pay someone to just handle the trash cans.”
So we built it, and we built it to be boring in the best way: a flat price you can read on the website, a crew that comes on the same night every week, and a text so you know it happened. No app to download. No contract. No quote form standing between you and a price.
Everything else — the odor treatment, the box breakdown, the deep cleans — came from customers asking. That’s still how we decide what to add.
