When you sign up or contact us we collect your name, service address, phone number, email address, service preferences (collection day, bin location, access notes) and payment information. We also collect basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this site, such as pages viewed and general location.
To provide service, schedule routes, send you service texts and confirmations, bill you, respond to your questions, and let you know about changes to your service. We may send occasional service-related or promotional messages; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time and still receive service notifications.
Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers. We never ask for card numbers by text or email.
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive service-related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages; opting out of service texts may affect our ability to notify you about your service.
Only the vendors we need to run the business — payment processing, scheduling and routing software, and text and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Access details you give us are used only to perform your service and are shared only with the crew members assigned to your route.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@binbutlernc.com. We keep billing records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
