Frequently asked
And a few things they ask after. If yours isn’t here, text (704) 555-0134 — a real person here answers.
The evening before your collection day we come to your house and roll your bins to the curb. After the truck runs, we come back the same day and put them back exactly where you keep them. That’s it, every week, for $39 a month.
Not for single-family homes — we move the cans, not the kitchen bags. If you want doorstep collection, that’s our multifamily program and it’s available to apartment and townhome communities. See multifamily.
Doesn’t matter to us. Get your trash into the can any time before we swing by that evening. Most customers keep doing exactly what they always did — they just stop making the walk down the driveway.
Yes. Trash and recycling are both covered in the base plan, up to three bins total. If your recycling runs every other week, we track that schedule so you don’t have to.
Roll-out happens the evening before collection, generally between 5pm and 10pm. Return happens the afternoon or evening of collection day, once the truck has cleared your street. Exact times shift a little as routes fill in — the text confirmations mean you never have to guess.
It happens — weather, holidays, a route running long. We leave the bin out and text you rather than quietly rolling a full can back to your house. You tell us whether to hold it for the next run.
Give us the code or tell us where the latch is at signup. We use it, we close it behind us, and we don’t share it. If you’d rather not give out a code, leave the gate unlatched on service nights and we’ll work with that.
Tell us at signup. Most of the time it’s a non-issue — we work around timing or use a different access point. We’re never going to open a gate on a dog we weren’t told about.
Fine. That’s most of the reason people hire us in the first place. If a property is genuinely unusual we’ll tell you before we take your money, not after.
No, and most customers aren’t. That’s the point.
No. Month to month. Cancel from your account or send a text and you’re done at the end of the cycle you’ve already paid for. No fee, no retention call.
Nothing at signup. Your first charge lands when your first service week begins, then on that same date monthly.
Yes, and it’s free. Service and billing pause together. Request a pause here.
Collection usually slides a day around major holidays. We track the city and county calendars and adjust your service automatically — you don’t have to tell us.
Three are included. Beyond that it’s $6 per bin per month, including yard waste cans.
Pay for a year up front and you get a month free. Mention it at signup.
An enzyme-based spray applied inside the empty can after pickup. It breaks down the residue that actually causes the smell instead of masking it, and it makes the can a lot less interesting to flies. Nine dollars a month, and it’s the add-on people keep once they’ve had one Carolina July with it.
200° water at high pressure, inside and out, plus sanitizer and deodorizer — and the wastewater gets captured and disposed of properly rather than running down your driveway into the storm drain.
Stack your cardboard next to the bin on service night. We flatten it and load it into the recycling. If the pile is bigger than the bin can take, we’ll load what fits and get the rest the following week.
Any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date. Send the request here.
Text or call (704) 555-0134. If it’s easier, send it in writing and we’ll come back to you same day.
