Two minutes. We ask for your address, your collection day, and one important detail most services skip: where your bins live when they’re not at the curb.
Side of the house, back of the garage, behind a gate with a code — whatever it is, you tell us once and we do it that way every week without being reminded.
Between roughly 5pm and 10pm the night before your collection day, our crew places your cans at the curb — spaced properly, lids closed, wheels turned in so the truck’s arm can grab them cleanly.
You get a text when it’s done. If you’re not home, you’ll still know it happened.
Once collection has cleared your street, we return the same day and put the bins back exactly where you keep them. Lids down, handles in, nothing left in the street.
Another text goes out to confirm. That’s the entire cycle, and it repeats every week whether you think about it or not.

Everything below is handled by default. You don’t have to ask for it.
Collection slides a day for most major holidays. We track the county and city calendars and shift your service to match — automatically.
Pause your plan from your account before you leave. Billing pauses with it. Resume when you’re back and we pick up on your next collection day.
If the truck skips your street, we leave the bin out and let you know instead of pretending it went fine. It’s your call whether we hold it for the next run.
Three bins are included. Got a fourth or a yard-waste can? Add it for $6/month each.
We carry $1M in liability coverage. If we break something, we fix it. That’s what the insurance is for.
Text the number on your confirmation. A local person answers — not a ticket queue in another state.
